With more than fifteen years of real estate and portfolio management experience,
Ezra Leyton has successfully managed teams of real estate agents and asset
managers servicing multibillion-dollar portfolios of residential and commercial real
estate properties. His previous clients include Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, UBS,
Angelo Gordon, Pretium Partners, Citi, Nationstar and Wells Fargo.
Currently, Ezra is the Managing Partner of MARQUIS Capital Management and Head of Commercial Real Estate for MARQUIS Signature Properties, both located in
Newport Beach. He directs and manages a multimillion-dollar high yield real estate
debt fund, commercial developments in Orange and Los Angeles Counties, and
oversees the Capital Advisory Division.
