Ever wake up and just want to say "Nope" and snooze the day away. Not exactly because you are still tired, or don't want to go to work, but because your mind has just decided that you are going to live the day in a dark shadow? Depression f*cking sucks man. Whether it is crawl into a hole deep depression, or "what's wrong?" "I'm fine" but something inside says you're really not functioning depression. The bad news, I don't have the magic answer to help you snap out of it. The good news? I think I've figured out a few ways to hack the system. Listen up for my top depression hacks.
