Restaurateur Michal Shemtov graduated from College of Charleston in 2000. As an undergraduate he wrote his business plan for Mellow Mushroom, a Lowcountry pizza empire which opened on popular tourist destination, King Street, in beautiful downtown Charleston in 2001. In 2011 he opened the award winning and wildly successful Butcher & Bee.
