Brian then has a second interview with Zenon Radewych, a partner at WZMH Architects does a lot of work with pre-fabrication, smart panel construction integrating low voltage smart systems, and other really futuristic concepts. WZMH strongly believes prefabrication is the future of construction. WZMH’s University of Toronto’s Mississauga Campus project (UTM) is a testament to this.
