We talk empathy! Given a lot of “stuff” going on I think we all need a refresher in empathy, compassion, and kindness.

Dr. Ashok Bhattacharya MD, FRCP (Psychiatry) is the founder of The Empathy Clinic. He trained as a psychiatrist and specializes in psychotherapy for people with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. In addition, he has a strong interest in couples and marriage and has developed a technique, Colourpathy, to assist marriages that are struggling, and improve ones that are good. He sees every individual as connected to others. His practice emphasizes empathy individually and in relationships whether they be at home or in the workplace. After 35 years in private practice, he is trying to get the message to more people. Empathy is a teachable skill.
Dr. Bhattacharya is a musician, works out six days a week, and practices empathy every day.
