Writer-director-producer, Robert Meyer Burnett, loves the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and has from the time he saw Ironman in the theater. RMB takes a closer look at the MCU and what makes it work so well from the visionary leadership of Kevin Feige to the way these filmmakers draw on original source material and the best stories told in Marvel Comics over the last sixty years.
The Infinity Saga includes twenty-three films - with an average box office of $1B (an astounding feat) - is a unique blend of structured discipline and individual creativity. Each filmmaker involved in contributing to the saga has been able to make their own mark both stylistically and narratively. But even given the fact that each film is able to find its own "voice," they all work together to tell a larger story.
Rob also addresses questions and theories posed by other Imagination Connoisseurs through their letters and then goes on to answer questions from fans in the livestream chat. It's all part of a rollicking ROBSERVATIONS episode well worth the 90 minutes.
