It is very easy right now to dismiss the need for so called "soft skills" training. Most businesses are struggling with Covid19 - many staff are working from home, turnover is down or fluctuating and now a second wave is making the rest of this year, including Christmas, look very tenuous.

But this is actually good for soft skills training. I have done so much personal development training this year. I don't want to sit at home doing nothing, so I have been reading, attending online courses, networking and much of the training we need is available in a variety of forms online especially live.

Now is great time to address transgender and non-binary inclusion training. The cost of online training is generally lower and more flexible to attend - No travel costs, no venue costs, often shorter courses - but easily monitored.

Today I am talking about the value of my trans and non binary training and how help to make your workplace more inclusive.
