If you've seen the latest health news, you'll know that whatever you're eating is wrong. At least, that's what media reporting will make you think about your food. So, let's talk about it. Matt and Jake talk about the new Netflix documentary "The Game Changers" which advocates for veganism; Jake's tried that. Intermittent fasting gets a lot of attention; Jake's tried that too. And then there's the opposite extreme, with Keto; yep, Jake's tried that too.
So...what works?
