Notes I took while speaking to LeNetta Banks PhDc about the art of MANIFESTATION:
1. Speak it out into existence
2. Believe it
3. Keep your thoughts positive toward your desired outcome
4. Own who you say you are through your actions and words
5. Practice, Practice, Practice
6. Go for it with all the passion you have, but don't get attached to the outcome
7. When opportunity presents itself, consider yourself ready and go for it

Okay.. I'm not sure where my mind is.. I guess I'm trying to hide my age! LeNetta and I were teammates together on the track team before I went back to coach, and we were in the Gospel Choir together as well.
