We live in a day whereby numbers define success--but it is this according the world or is it biblical? I will make the case today that numbers are not bad in and of themselves as long as they numbers and pursuit of of increase does not drive the mission. Numbers ought to be a reflection of God's calling and mission and but not drive it. Tune it today to hear more about what and how to define success in ministry!

I so agree! This has been on my heart for a long time. We live in an age of mega churches but we are not making any impact on the culture. There's a big difference in just bringing in large numbers and sending out real disciples into the world.
