Have you ever wondered why you do the things that you do when parenting or say the things that you say? Have you ever caught yourself saying something “your mother” would have said or maybe your grandmother? Maybe you found yourself growing up in the US but with parents form another country. What was that like? What kind of conflicts did that create? Joy came to the United States at 15 years of age from the Philippines and has experienced the conscious awakening of shifting from habitual and “learned” parenting and breaking away from tradition and norms to conscious and heart centered parenting.
