WEEK 13: DAY 3
JESUS, TAKE THE WHEEL

Psalms 119:1-8
You're blessed when you stay on course, walking steadily on the road revealed by God.
You're blessed when you follow his directions,
doing your best to find him.
That's right—you don't go off on your own;
you walk straight along the road he set.
You, God, prescribed the right way to live;
now you expect us to live it.
Oh, that my steps might be steady,
keeping to the course you set;
Then I'd never have any regrets
in comparing my life with your counsel.
I thank you for speaking straight from your heart;
I learn the pattern of your righteous ways.
I'm going to do what you tell me to do;
don't ever walk off and leave me.

Is the Christian walk a walk in the park? Absolutely not! It is, however, a walk that is full of parks. As a Christian, know you are travelling the road less travelled so understand the map the world gives may not necessarily be the map you need except otherwise stated for your phase.

Yes, I said it - phase! There are seasons in this life journey, adventurous yet sure to benefit. Nothing is as beautiful as understanding our walk is truly from Glory to Glory, each day towards perfection, towards progression - nothing built out of place in completion. (Look again at the creation - Genesis 1).

David tells us of how blessed we are when we STAY ON COURSE, walking STEADILY and FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS.

You can't claim to be on course if He has changed course and you didn't follow. You can't claim to be on course if He has not changed course and you do.

Friend, Stay on course! STAY ON COURSE! This is how He gets to be with the wheel of your life - through PRESCRIPTION. He prescribes, we live. He gives the pattern, we build.

You can be assured, He is not a God that leave you halfway. How can He? He abides in you, you abide in Him - a mixture/coalition/union. His Person is Faithful: even in your unfaithfulness, He remains Faithful. His character unchanging and amazingly glorious for you that loves Him and lives according to His Process.

You have lived life on your terms long enough! Open yourself to Him, give Him the control. Submit your will to Him so your will can be true to life.

I pray you choose to live wisely by living humbly under His tutelage in consistency, as a lifestyle in Jesus name, amen.
