Moosaa Richardson gives an example of how the Companions took the Tafseer of the Quran from the Messenger of Allaah (may Allaah raise his rank and grant him peace). Propped up "Quran experts" who are incapable of returning back to the original sources of Tafseer are required to learn their religion before speaking about Tafseer or any other Islamic science.
