Today: [John 8:31-59] From a Follower to a Disciple: In part 2 of John 8, Jesus delineates for us the difference between a disciple and a mere follower. Being a true disciple of Jesus is not about learning doctrine or becoming a master of theological truth. Being a disciple has to do with embracing the rigors of walking with Jesus and remaining in a posture of ongoing expectancy of His glory in our lives on a moment by moment basis.
