Brett Payne is our co-founder and Chief Executive Officer and he has
served in this role since August 2, 2018. Since 2013 Mr. Payne has
served as and continues to serve as the Director of Franchising of Classic
Rock Coffee Company a coffee franchise operating within the United
States. From September 2007 to May 2012, Mr. Payne served as the
Chief Executive Officer for Endis, Inc. a software development company
in Springfield, Missouri.

Patrick Healy, Vice President
Patrick Healy is our co-founder and Vice President and he has served in
this role since August 2, 2018. From 2016 to 2018 Mr. Healy served as
the Director of US Sales for Franchise Direct an International franchise
marketing firm. From 2013 to 2016, Mr. Healy was National Account
Director with Display Fixture Warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to
entering the franchise industry, Patrick spent 8 years at CBS Corporation
from 2004 to 2012.
