Sally's full interview with Dr Howard Chilton, Neonatal Paediatrician and author of "Baby on Board" and "Your Cherished Baby" about the needs of newborn babies, social expectations of how they 'should' sleep, attuning to your baby, how babies teach us what they need, their need to be breastfed to sleep and lots of cuddling and holding, that there are no rules when caring for babies as each one is so different, but so able to communicate what they need if we watch and learn from them, 'colic', how our attentiveness to them sets them up for life and so much more.

Essential listening for all families welcoming a new baby.
