Tyson, no chance. It was recorded on a mono GE tape cassette deck and the cassette was likely recorded over after the interview was broadcast.

KALX was the best part of when I had to come out here to Richmond to clean up after a tenant. I couldnt' get it in Martinez, but I got it here, and I remember hearing Suicidal Tendendies "intstiutionalized" the first time on KALX. That moment make me a punk.

Tyson was a KALX DJ?!?! I worked at KALX in the News & Public Affairs Dept from 1983-1987. Interviewed Alan Ginsburg once.

Tyson, KALX was such a huge part of surviving my teenage years, so just the fact that you worked there in any capacity earns my respect and appreciation.. I find I tune into other stations these days, and I should really make KALX a more frequent part of the rotation..
