I'm conecturing that they are "symptomatic" because if they were nonsymptomaci they wouldn't go to an urgent care. However, I don't know the degree of it. But if you're someone who has a vulnerable person in the home, the degree of the infection isn't as big an issue. For me, being asysmptomatic wouldn't matter... if Kevin gets it it will kill him.

Yes, being unvaxxed is very much more concerning, but the fact that the anecdotal information says that vaccinated people are coming positive and that external studies says that the protection is much lower. That's what has me concerned, is that people will think, "I have a vaccine, I'm safe," and it seems that's very much (and increasingly) not the case.

The vast majority of hospitalizations and deaths are of unvaccinated people, no? I guess I don't quite see the cause for alarm for vaccinated people yet.

Philip, I think that it will look like this: Pfizer will get authorization for a third vaccine, then there will be CCHS offering third vaxes, then we go through the Team Pfizers heading back to Civic Center.

It's a confluance of stuff. Information from studies about Pfizer, information from the county of the rates (and watching them each day) and then anecotal info. I'd never put much weight on anecdotes alone... but it's all the weather veins pointing in the same direction.
