That Soft Cell song takes me right back to my dorm room in Fall/Winter 1982-83, at UC San Diego in Blake Hall, where all the nerds lived. Next door to the party dorm, Argo Hall. We'd go next door to party (after we finished studying) but then we could go back to our quiet dorm to sleep.
