The appointment telephone line is a joke -- I have called at 1pm and they say the office is closed and their hours are 8am to 3:30pm. I have been trying to get an appointment since Sunday

COVID corner seems to have toned down almost completely... seldom more than one or two in the park, Todd Hotel has few if any on sidewalk, and they even to be sweeping more for an appearance of respectability
