Hans Vargas is a business owner, an author and is from the province of Quebec. These include a clinic that helps patients seeking cannabinoid therapy, a lab and a dispensary.

Hans has also written a book called Mommy’s Gummies. He did this to help parents educate their children about medical cannabis and is looking at lobbying the Quebec government for lounges.
