School districts around the state are deciding whether to return to in-person instruction after Gov. Kate Brown loosened pandemic-related restrictions. Schools in the Bend-La Pine district are reopening their classrooms to students later this month. And Lake Oswego announced plans to re-open schools for its youngest students in February, despite concerns from teachers.
