The 2018 Farm Bill appears close to a vote in congress. If it passes, the bill could have a huge impact on Oregon’s hemp industry, and the growing market for CBD products. The bill contains a passage that would remove CBD as a schedule 1 drug. Courtney Moran is a lawyer for the Oregon Industrial Hemp Farmers Association.
