Portland Center Stage artistic director Chris Coleman is leaving Oregon after 18 years in which he oversaw major growth of the theatre, masterminded the Portland Armory project, helped grow support for public arts. He is moving to Colorado, where he will become the new artistic director for the Denver Center Theatre Company. We talk to him about his nearly two decades in Oregon.
