The On Purpose Podcast Ep. 8 - Selfless or Selfish?
There is a fine line between being selfless and selfish. Sometimes in life we get so caught up in being selfless that we begin to put our own happiness, health and desires on the back burner. On the other end, if we say no to others, are we being selfish or are we respecting our boundaries and our time?
In this weeks episode, we discuss when to be selfless and when to be selfish without feeling remorse or regret over the decision.
This week's homework:
Step 1. Identify what are you doing on a weekly basis to respect your own time, mind and happiness.
Step 2. Write out 2-3 sentences about how these actions respect your own time, mind and happiness. If you are not currently doing anything, write out the things you want to do.
Step 3. Report back by emailing ONPURPOSE.OFFICIAL at GMAIL dot COM

Respect your happiness.
