Have you ever sat down and thought about what a good day looks like to you? What would need to be included in your perfect day?
As life changes, we've found new ways to create the perfect day. What was perfect at 20 is no longer what makes us happy at 30 or 40.

1 What are the 3-5 daily habits you want in your life that you will be happy doing?
2. What does a great day look like to you if you got to design your perfect schedule?
