It is her deep passion to support brave souls who feel lonely and misunderstood going from disconnection to deep connection with themselves. So that they can find a peaceful home inside and finally feel safe enough to step into their freedom.

Lydia grew up in a small village, so her love for nature was ingrained in her.

Nevertheless, she always felt the call for the great outdoors and she plunged into an independent life as soon as possible. After difficult years in her childhood, she sought happiness in other countries, worked on a cruise ship for 6 months and realized more and more that her inner longing can only be satisfied by herself. Through the connection to herself.

Many years of spiritual teachings healed piece by piece more and more wounds in her. Until finally she is happier than ever and cannot help but spread the blessing of healing to others with gratitude.

Lydia specializes in handling emotions, wrote a book about her own experience of overcoming dark times and enjoys now being allowed to be the light for others that once other people were for her.
