Pennie and Matthew will be discussing the journey we all take from the head to the heart. It is for some the longest, most hair raising, adrenaline pumping journey of resistance, confusion and procrastination. With a sprinkling of denial and out and out plain stubbornness. The degree with which we THINK and pride ourselves with that ability the more we divorce ourselves from our hearts. And yet again for others this journey is of beauty, acceptance and joy as there is a heartfelt surrendering of the need to be in or have control. When there is an inner knowledge and awareness that they are always enough, unconditional love and acceptance of self and others. That there is no competitive just collaboration and joy.
