Durgadas Allon Duriel is a spiritual seeker and holistic health practitioner, drawn to earth-oriented spirituality, magic, and mysticism from early childhood. On the healing side, he is a licensed clinical social worker operating a private psychotherapy practice, as well as a certified holistic health practitioner. On the spiritual side, he is an astrologer, Yogi, and magic worker, with over 20 years of experience, two-and-a-half of which were spent in an intensive spiritual training program that focused on self-development, ritual, magic, Raja Yoga, Tarot, Astrology, and Kabbalah.

In his newest book, Worthy As You Are: Weed Out Unhealthy Beliefs and Nourish Your Authentic Self, many of us have heard, “it’s not okay to be you. You are not good enough as you are.” Feeling you’re not thin enough, pretty enough, smart enough, and so on – not the right gender for this career, or not the right race or sexual orientation for this privileged position.

Each of us is fundamentally divine, and because of that, we are worthy, as we are, right now, and we always have been. He came to appreciate that through combining spiritual practice with tools from cognitive behavioral therapy, we come to know our worthiness for ourselves, and in knowing it, experience profound healing and greater well-being.
