Wow!! I just listened to your episode the Appeal, that sounds like Tommy is the creator o a toxic work environment. I would have definitely sued for wrongful termination because it was clear that was the aggressor. This was a clear case of discrimination they interpreted their policy in two different ways and Tommy probably used the race card when he called Hr to make the complaint. The fact that he did not come into the store until you left was because he told them he felt threaten. Wow!Thank you for sharing great show!!

Hey, Ronald. Saw Time Well Spent as one of the other featured podcasts with us on Speaker. So, I listened to your first episode and the most recent episode. Really enjoyed both, especially The Appeal. (Actually missed my exit I was so intrigued by the story.)
