A key former New Zealand First MP is confident a High Court case won't handicap the party's comeback.
Leader Winston Peters signalled the party's return with a scathing speech targeting the Government at an Annual General Meeting yesterday.
But New Zealand First is still under fire from the Serious Fraud Office - which has charged two people over allegations of improper donations.
Peter's right-hand-man Shane Jones told Heather du Plessis-Allan he doesn't want to read anything into the judicial tea leaves.
