A retired couple have been left terrified and fearing for their lives, since intimidating Kāinga Ora neighbours moved in earlier this year.  
The tenants are with Black Power, with one of the residents allegedly threatening the 82-year-old husband he would slit his throat.  
This weekend, Police were called to a violent gang party at the house, and a police officer was allegedly assaulted.  
Kāinga Ora says they couldn't do anything about the party and "relocating the customer" was only a last resort.  
The couple's daughter Sarah was at the house at the time and she joined Heather du Plessis-Allan.
