Shareholder Simplicity Living and the Shareholders Association are calling for the board chair Bruce Hassall to resign and for the entire board to be re-elected at the annual shareholders meeting later this year.
They say the board is light on relevant building sector experience and a reset will put Fletcher Building back on the right path.
