Nadia Lim says it's time we started eating more wild meat.
The Masterchef winner says that the various pest species roaming New Zealand could serve as a food resource that is currently going untapped.
Nadia has already started turning the rabbits and wild pigs her husband catches on their Central Otago farm into succulent dishes.
