A mortgage broker has come out swinging against the Government’s new restrictive lending laws.
The new laws were brought in at the start of this month with the aim of protecting vulnerable borrowers.
But Squirrel Managing Director John Bolton says they’ve been such a disaster that he’s on the point of starting a petition calling for the Commerce Minister to resign.
