show moreA number of countries have called on Australia to up its climate commitments.
During a mammoth 12-hour meeting, some leaders urged Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison to commit to moving away from natural resources like coal.
Herald reporter Jason Walls told Mike Hosking the draft texts from the meeting suggest an agreement wasn't reached.

“Details will be emerging to whaty they actually agreed soon. Many of the journalists here are wondering what they actually achieved.”
