Matahiwi Estate has installed nine new duel blade frost fans, sparking the creation of the Matahiwi Frost Fan Action Group.
Member Erica Kinder told Heather Du Plessis-Allan the fans are unbearable.
“So there’s a big force of air pressure that exerts from these things and it’s like a blast that’s in your house, so the whole house vibrates.”
