Freeing up spaces for Recognised Seasonal Workers in managed isolation will help bring numbers up to pre-Covid levels.
Three-hundred seasonal workers will be able to arrive each month, starting in June.
Spaces will also be given to shearers and rural mobile plant machinery operators.
Agriculture Minister Damien O'Connor says it'll bring certainty to the industry, with 10-thousand workers expected to be here for the peak of next year's season.
