The diet, named after our Paleolitihic ancestors, sees followers eat in a cave-man like fashion. 
People are following the diet in droves, commanding a $497.6 million global market and with numerous celebrity backers.
New Zealand's biggest proponents of the diet are Art and Matilda Green, who own food delivery service Plate Up that specialises in paleo meals.
