Imagine that your mind is a garden: and the results in your life are the fruit that grows in your garden.
Many people complain about the way their garden looks. They're not satisfied with all of the weeds and all of the pesticides that resides in their garden.
They want to change the results. They want different fruit to show up in the garden of their reality.
They try to change, but eventually they find that they continue to produce the same results, the same fruit.
So the average person ends up giving up and they live from a place of desperation and victimhood.
And each day the world consciously and unconsciously convinces them to believe that they have no power over their lives.
They do not understand that true change happens at the root.
If your body was a plant, the root area would be located right in your gut area.
At the root of your spine is where you'll find the keys to change time at the time.
For most people they consciously know what they should and shouldn't do. But yet they continue to produce results that they really do not want. This is because they're attempting to change the l fruit without changing the root.
Here's a way to look at it.
Let's imagine you plant an appleseed. And we all know that an apple seed is going to produce an apple tree.
So why would you get mad at the apple seed for producing an apple tree instead of an orange tree?
Getting mad that you get the results you're getting in your life is like getting mad that an apple seed produces an apple tree.
The fruit that shows up in our life is a result of the seed that has been planted inside the garden of our mind, by you and the world around you.
In short, if you want to change what grows in the garden of your life, you have to remove what was previously planted, and decide to plant something new.
Your results are the fruit of the seeds that were planted in your gut area. In better words, "your root is producing the fruit."
