On this episode of Rightly Dividing, we are spending some time in the books of Matthew, Acts and Hebrews to learn a little about the transitions they represent. Matthew takes you from the Old Testament to the New, Acts takes you from the Kingdom Age to the Church Age, and Hebrews takes you from just after the Pretribulation Rapture of the Church into the time of Jacob's trouble. You will also note that Revelation has 3 transitions as well - chapters 1-3 the Church Age, chapters 4-19 the time of Jacob's trouble, and chapters 20-22 showing you the Millennial Reign of Jesus Christ right into eternity. Naturally, all these things are connected, and tonight with the Lord willing, we'll show it to you. Your King James Bible is such an amazing book that you can start in any section of it - beginning, middle or end, and get a blessing from what you read there. This is how most people read the Bible, in selected modules. When you read it as a complete work, from beginning to end, a different picture emerges, and it is within this landscape that we see there are 3 main transitional books out of the 66 it contains. Matthew, Acts and Hebrews.
