What does being whole mean? That’s up to you! Have you stopped and asked yourself, what is MOST important to me right now? What would help me live the life I want to live? Listen in to this week’s episode of the Wholly a Woman podcast to hear Sunjay Vyas with Stay Whole share his wisdom on how we can take small steps to stay whole ourselves. We never “get” whole. Instead, we keep going on our journey to stay whole. There is no end point. And I think that’s a good thing!
