Is your hormone cycle a mystery to you? Maybe you don’t understand exactly what your cycle is, and you get overwhelmed when you look it up to try to understand what's going on, because it gets very technical and scientific. You want to know your body better and you know in your gut that your body is trying to tell you something. If this is you, it’s time to UNLOCK your body’s cycle.

What you can expect from the Unlock Your Cycle online course:
-Module 1: Unlocking the truth - your menstrual cycle is a vital sign of health. Your cycle has a pattern that is trackable in real time.
-Module 2: Demystifying the menstrual cycle - what goes on during a menstrual cycle? Our cycles have four distinct phases: menses, follicular, ovulation, and luteal. Your body gives you signs that you are ovulating, which you can pay attention to and track.
-Module 3: Charting - we teach you to track cervical mucus, a free, normal body fluid that is one of the signs of ovulation. We teach you how to put this information in a simple spreadsheet chart to identify which phase of the menstrual cycle you are in. We give you a chart template, which you can print or upload and use on your mobile device.
-Module 4: Being in tune with your cycle - know that you know what phase of your cycle you are in, how can you use this in your everyday life? Did you know, it is normal to feel differently during different phases of your cycle? How can this help you be more compassionate with yourself? How can this help you plan your activities (work, social, exercise, etc.)?
-Module 5: Charting for health - what are signs of an optimal cycle and how do I know if something might be off with my hormone health? How can your cycle show you if a “healthy” change, like a new diet or exercise plan, is actually healthy for you?
-Module 6: Talking to your practitioner - how can you bring your trusted healthcare provider into a collaborative conversation with you about what you are seeing in your cycle chart? Did you know, it is normal for doctors not to know much about cervical mucus or charting? We talk through and give you a handout containing specific language you can use to engage your practitioner and advocate for your own health.
-Module 7: Fertility awareness - an introduction. This is not a family planning course, but we know using your signs of ovulation can be useful for avoiding or for achieving pregnancy. We give an overview of different fertility awareness methods and why you may choose one over another.
-Module 8: Conclusion - now you feel confident and empowered. You have unlocked your cycle!
