Starting off in the Bistro Cafe, legal experts are astounded by Trump openly admitting the election subversion was his decision.

Then, on the rest of the menu, the University of California regents grapple with how best to protect the system's first Black president in its 155-year history, after a series of racist attacks at his home; a man has been charged with a hate crime after the windows of the Wing Luke Museum in Seattle’s Chinatown International District were smashed last week; and, the Indiana Supreme Court’s disciplinary commission filed a misconduct complaint against the Attorney General over remarks he made about an abortion doctor and her patient, an out of state ten year old rape victim.

After the break, we move to the Chef’s Table where the Netanyahu administration complained to Germany after the German ambassador attended a high-profile Israeli Supreme Court hearing looking at the legality of Bibi’s judicial overhaul; and, Canada expelled a top Indian diplomat as it investigates credible allegations that the Modi government may have had links to the assassination in Canada of a Sikh activist.

All that and more, on West Coast Cookbook & Speakeasy with Chef de Cuisine Justice Putnam.

Bon Appétit!

“As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy and to make plans.”
