'As a sensitive it can be a burden at times but I have learned to live with my abilities by controlling them. I taught myself decades ago how to turn them on and off. People always ask me how I do what I do and my response,” I practice,practice,practice”. The more you use it the more accurate you become. The biggest block to progress is self doubt. Many people second guess the information that comes to them and over filter it. By the time they are ready to share the info it has become overly convoluted and makes no sense. I always say what comes to me no matter what it is, especially, if it means absolutely nothing to me but 9 out of 10 times will mean everything to the person I am reading'.
