To clarify I meant Gnosis means knowledge. Also, I would like to point out that not all disassociative states will produce a feeling of euphoria of course, what I meant to say is weighlessness or a flightly feeling, soaring outside of yourself. A fluttering like feeling, hence Monarch butterfly. Though that phrase comes from succesive generations inheriting certain traits through a long line of trauma based mind control techniqes; and the being able to easily disassociate is key.

HI Susan! I think our emotions can be so strong they can feel they have a mind or alter of their own accord. So we have to subject them to the Spirit of Truth in the matter and overcome with what is true versus what thoughts or mindset triggered the emotion to begin with. I think it is important to follow the thread of that response and ask the Lord where it came from. I was surprised to have him lead me into the original place, or memory where it first occured that made me feel this way, that set a pattern or wrong thinking or wrong reaction. Sometimes it's as simple as acknowledgement and repentance, and he restores it back to us in our Soul. I have felt actual LIght flood into my Soul during these time trips back to those places and a restoration take place like it never happened! God is amazing and capable of completely healing us beyond what we think is possible.
