Some take it to heart and develop a roadmap for themselves from which to live by. Others don't plan at all and their lives are directed by whichever way the wind blows. Well, the same is true of nation-states. Some of the current geopolitical power players have a precise plan for the next 30 years while others don't even appear to have a coherent plan beyond tomorrow.
