As far as these authors can tell what is written in this chapter HAS NEVER BEEN PREVIOUSLY DISCUSSED OR WRITTEN. The construction of the TA has followed a singular law or rule. The TAOT was established upon the conquerting of the lands of Egypt and Israel (and Babylon). The Arc de Triomphe (ADT) in Paris was established after Napoleon conquered Rome and Egypt (the very same lands). The Triumphal Arch as a symbol of succession does not differ in its understanding as a symbol of a return and establishing of Egypt and the associated bondage it represents. The rules for its establishment are outlined. History going back to Alexander the Great and the successive conquerors of Western civilization via the Greco-Roman Empire to Napoleon and France is outlined. This understanding gives explanatory power of how Biblical knowledge gives reason for the establishment of the TA in Paris.
