Dr. Jess wears many hats - caregiver to her disabled parent, caregiver to her child on the autism spectrum, wife, mother, entrapreneur.... all while dealing with her own multiple sclerosis diagnosis. She has used her knowledge from her PhD in Chemistry to study and understand the effects of stress on mental and physical health. In this podcast, Dr. Jess shares more of her inspirational story, and provides examples of how she and her family uses mindfulness techniques and essential oils to alleviate symptoms that are exacerbated by stress.

Jessica Norris received her Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Virginia, and has over 15 years of experience as an analytical scientist. But she is more than a giant brain with legs! She is a mom to 2 amazing kids (1 with Autism Spectrum Disorder), a wife, and a caregiver for a disabled parent. Her passion to inspire audiences on numerous topics relating to health, wellness, and aromatherapy originates from her own personal health journey.
