Have you ever wondered why the essential tools for success are not taught in school? After several years of teaching high flying executives on how to express themselves in public, I discovered that those that fail to communicate effectively are hindered by fear of failure. How can one manage fear? One of the best ways to manzge it is by doing or acting inspite of the fact that you are afraid. When you do so the fear will disappear. Action is the key.
